Antelope Steak Sous Vide

In the Getting Started with Sous Vide Forum
Hi-

A hunter pal gave us an antelope steak...very little visible fat, 1 to 1 1/4 thick. I was thinking 132 for a couple of hours, topped with a game friendly sauce.

Any suggestions? Thanks

That sounds like it would work just fine. If it's a tougher steak a few more hours would help but for something tender a couple of hours should be perfect.
