Antichuchos - Beef Heart Sous Vide

In the Sous Vide Recipes Forum
Wondering if any has tried cooking beef heart sous vide. I think I will adapt an antichuchos recipe I have used before and see how it works out.

I've never done heart before but I've seen it recommended at 133°F - 137°F for 36 to 48 hours. If you try it out let us know how it works!
