Confused by cookbook

In the Modernist Recipes Forum
I recently tried the pork chops with five spice, for the Sous Vide Grilling cookbook. I am confused. The recipe calls for 2 oz of Worcester sauce and 1 oz of soy. Using 4 pork chops. My question is is that mixture for each chop or all 4? I split the sauce into 4 bags with one pork chop each. Could I have put all 4 into one bag?
