Polenta sous vide

In the Sous Vide Recipes Forum
We have some Red Mule Georgia Polenta. http://onlineathens.com/stories/081804/foo_20040818023.shtml
Any advice on sous vide polenta?
I was thinking of putting frozen chicken broth in a bag and vac sealing it. Maybe 150 F at 3 hours.

I've never tried sous vide polenta before. For corn we recommend 181F - 185F so you might have to get it up there for the starches in the polenta to break down.

I'd love to hear more about how it turns out!
