The Vesta Imersa Expert is a commercial immersion circulator manufactured by Vesta Precision. It has a unique "Flip-display Design" which puts the display and electronics in the front of the water bath, rather than over top of it.

It has both a digital touch-visibility display as well as a WiFi connection to a smartphone app. The display is quite large and very easy to read. It has enough buttons so that it's intuitive to use, you don't need to read the manual!

The Imersa Pro has 1500 W of heating power and a powerful pump which allows use of a water bath with capacities up to 13.2 gallons (50L). It has a specified temperature accuracy of 0.2°F / 0.1°C.
