What time and temp would you use for boneless short ribs? Thanks much

I've found that 135F for 48 hours works really well for beef short ribs. Fifty-Four Degrees just <a href="http://www.fiftyfourdegrees.com/lang/en-us/archives/928">posted a recipe</a> that they did at 59C for 72 hours.
