Can you place a frozen roast in without defrosting?

Just wondering if I can go straight from freezer to Sous Vide.

Yes, its fine to add a frozen roast to the sous vide machine without defrosting it. Just make sure you increase the cooking tine first. Our <a href="">sous vide thickness ruler</a> can help with the timing.
