Sweet and Sassy Sous Vide Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Ingredients for Sweet and Sassy Sous Vide Baby Back Ribs

  • For the Sous Vide Baby Back Ribs

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs 
  • For the Rub

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon roasted garlic powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon pepper 
  • For the BBQ Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup jarred chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground mustard powder

Cooking Instructions for Sweet and Sassy Sous Vide Baby Back Ribs

For the Rub

Mix the ingredients for the rub in a small bowl. 

For the Sous Vide Baby Back Ribs

Apply the rub generously on both sides of the ribs. 

Vacuum seal the ribs and cook at 155°F (68.3°C) for 24 hours with your sous vide machine. 

For the BBQ Sauce

Right before your ribs are finished cooking, Mix together ingredient for barbecue sauce. 

To Finish

Take the ribs out of the sous vide, pat them try and generously baste the top side of each rack with sauce. 

Turn your broiler on high and put in the ribs in the oven on the top rack for 2 minutes or until seared.
