Skirt Steak

what are the cooking times for skirt steak are they the same as flank steak

I cooked four pounds of skirt steak at 131 F overnight. After about 12 hours cooking time and a few minutes to cool, I threw it on the barbecue with barbecue sauce to brown and crosshatch. Those not familiar with sous vide cooking thought it was miraculous, but I slightly prefer the results with the similar-looking flap meat.

Yep, very similar to a flank steak.
