Sous vide mussles

How long should you sous vide mussels(in their shells) for till they are pasterised? @60.5 degrees C is 1/2 an hour long enough?

I ran across this article on <a href="http://www.fao.org/wairdocs/tan/x5932E/x5932e01.htm#Pasteurized%20Mussels">pasteurizing mussels</a> and it suggests 70C for 20 minutes. However, they also suggest having a acidic liquid in there so they wouldn't still be in their shells.
