iSi is the leader in whipping siphons and they make wonderful, long lasting products that perform great, even in restaurant kitchens. This siphon is made of stainless steel and has a silicon gasket so it can be heated or chilled depending on what you are making. It is generally easy to clean and comes with a good set of cleaning tools. It handles both CO2 and N2O for foaming or carbonating.

The iSi is the most expensive siphon out there, but you do get what you are paying for. It would also be nice if the tip that came included with the siphon was stainless steel instead of plastic.
I have used both a 1-pint and 1-quart siphon for years and never had any issues. They are also what most professional kitchens use due to their durability. If you can afford to spend a little more on your whipping siphon then you can't go wrong with the iSi 1-pint or iSi 1-quart. If price is more of a concern, then you can look at the Masa brand which is about $50 less expensive.
