We are very pleased to announce the release of our second sous vide book, Beginning Sous Vide! This one has been in the works for a long time and we hope it will be well received.
The Beginning Sous Vide book contains updated information from the first sous vide book as well as more than 100 sous vide recipes. It's over 200 pages long and should keep people busy cooking sous vide for quite awhile. We also expanded the time and temperature charts to cover over 175 types of food, just like the sous vide iPhone app does. It's available as both a PDF and a paperback.
