Hamilton Beach slow cooker with integrate temprature probe

In the Sous Vide Equipment Forum
Hamilton Beach are offering a slow cooker with integrated temprature probe - "Set 'n Forget® 6 Qt. Programmable Slow Cooker"
It apparently can be programmed to reach a manually determined temprature and the goes into a stay warm function.

Has anyone reviewed this as a viable tool for sous vide cooking?

Thanks

I have the 5 qt model

With the lid on, it holds a very consistent 160 degree temp at the warm setting. I've used it quite a few times for chicken, corned beef, pork.
Lid off was in the 135 range, I don't know how much variability there is.
the Hamilton Beach Multi cooker is a great for Sous Vide. I found one at a Goodwill near me for $15 It's a steamer, fryer, and boiler. I just set the temp on the cooker's controls to highest point and then plug into my Sous Vide controller I built. Very responsive to temp calls, heats from room temp to the 140deg F range in minutes. Lighted power switch is great for monitoring the heat calls from my sous vide controller. I've done many a delicious Tri Tip roasts in this unit. easy to clean too. heating element is removable and the inside pot is diswasher safe.
