How to Sous Vide Cabbage

Sous vide cabbage becomes very tender when cooked for 45 to 60 minutes at 183°F to 185°F (83.9°C to 85°C). It is usually chopped or grated and then placed in the sous vide bag in an even layer about 1/2" to 1" thick to help it cook evenly.
