How to Sous Vide Fennel

I really enjoy sous vide fennel and usually cook it for 30 to 60 minutes at 183°F to 185°F (83.9°C to 85°C). You can cook it whole, or cut in half and it'll be on the longer end of the time range. If you dice or cube it it'll tenderize more quickly. You can also vary the time depending on if you want it to be super tender, or just softened some.
