What We Like About the Fini Cutlery Knife

I was very skeptical about the short handle of the Fini knives, but after one or two uses I realize how comfortable it actually made it. I adjusted to it in no time and now really enjoy it. If you don't use a pinch grip though, you will be unable to use this knife.

The style of the Fini knife is aiming for sleek and simple, and it accomplishes that nicely.

It is very well balanced and it has held its edge very well over months of use. It is also relatively inexpensive for a good knife. In addition, the spine is slightly rounded so it doesn't dig into you hand any.

What We Don't Like About the Fini Cutlery Knife

As mentioned, if you don't use a pinch grip you can't use this knife (though you really should learn to use a pinch grip!). If you are looking for a "fancy" knife, the sleek design might not meet your requirements.

Why We Recommend the Fini Cutlery Knife

I have more knives than I can use, but the Fini is one that I reach for on a regular basis. I like almost everything about this knife and it has become one of my favorites.
