These are held at 183°F or 83.9°C for 30 to 60 minutes depending on how soft or firm they need to be. It may simply be seasoned with salt and pepper or have herbs and spices included during cooking.

Sous vide cooked potatoes are highly versatile and can be used in many different ways. These are perfect for traditional recipes such mashed potatoes, chowder and gratins. It may also be used for much loved French fries, croquets, hash browns or even on its own as a side dish.
