The PolyScience Sous Vide Professional Chef immersion circulator was developed to meet the rigorous requirements of commercial food establishments. It can handle water baths up to 30 liters in size. The powerful 12 L/minute pump keeps the water circulating and the temperature consistent throughout the bath. The 1100 Watt heater maintains a water temperature stability of 0.1°F.

The circulator has a large, back-lit LCD display which shows the target and actual temperatures, and can be viewed from a distance. For a commercial immersion circulator, the Professional Chef has a relatively compact design, which makes for easy storage. It also comes with a protective travel and storage case, this is handy if you need to take your circulator with you, which is excellent for personal chefs or caterers.

The PolyScience Chef unit has both ETL commercial and sanitation approvals, making it ideal for commercial applications. It has high-grade stainless steel heating coil and pump ensure lasting, trouble-free performance.
