Cooking Sous Vide now on Amazon.com

We are happy to announce that our sous vide book, Cooking Sous Vide: A Guide for the Home Cook is now available on Amazon.com in paper back form. It is still available as a pdf download from our sales page but we hope the extra exposure through Amazon will help spread the word.

And just a reminder that we are still looking for more recipes for our sous vide recipe book that we are working on.

We're hoping to post some recipes from the book in the coming weeks so stay tuned.
