Sous Vide Chili, Onion and Garlic Infused Olive Oil Recipe

  • Cooks: 155°F (68.3°C) for 1 hour
  • Serves: 1 cup

Ingredients for Sous Vide Chili, Onion and Garlic Infused Olive Oil

  • For the Chili, Onion and Garlic Infused Olive Oil

  • 2 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tsp dried minced garlic
  • 2 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1 cup olive oil

Cooking Instructions for Sous Vide Chili, Onion and Garlic Infused Olive Oil

For the Chili, Onion and Garlic Infused Olive Oil

Preheat your water bath to 155°F (68.3°C).

Crush the spices with a mortar pestle.

Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc freezer bag or 1/2 pint Mason jar. Place the mixture in the sous vide bath and cook for 1 hour.

Let it cool to room temperature and store on your counter.

Use as a dip, salad dressing, or in any dish calling for olive oil!
